Professional Development: to enhance the quality of service delivery in social service.
•        On-site seminars and workshops for staff development in schools and social service /
juvenile justice agencies.  Topics include: Conflict Resolution, Diversity and Cultural
Awareness, Gang Awareness, Bullying, Teaching / Counseling Outside the Box, Behavioral
Toolbox, Violence Prevention, Cultural Awareness, Strengths Based Perspective, Positive Peer
Culture, Metaphoring for Change, Adventure Based Interventions, Handling Hyperactivity,
Healthy Risk Taking.
•        Clinical Supervision (individual and group) for clinicians to expand their knowledge base
in experiential intervention.  TAG will obtain state approval for clinically licensed staff (e.g.
licensed counselors, social workers and Psychologists) to receive Continuing Education Units
(CEUs).  These can also be applied to participants of on-site seminars and workshops.
•        Program evaluation and consultation for juvenile residential programs.
•        Dissemination of materials on Attention Deficit Disorder (e.g., Tangent Pursuit).

Consumer Education: to help parents / caregivers to better address their child’s needs.
•        Behavioral health seminars and workshops tailored to parents / caregivers.  Topics
include: Healing from Domestic Violence, Healing from Sexual Abuse
•        Educational seminars and workshops tailored to parents / caregivers.  Topics include:
Positive Parenting, and Understanding My Child’s Diagnosis.  
•        Dissemination of materials on Attention Deficit Disorder (e.g., Tangent Pursuit).
